All our subscriptions come with a 25 Days warranty. If your account stops working within this period, we'll replace it for FREE - no questions asked!

Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • Account stops working within 25 days of purchase
  • Account credentials become invalid
  • Account gets locked or suspended (not due to your actions)
  • Features stop working as described

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement/Refund is NOT applicable if:

  • You changed the account password
  • You shared the credentials with others
  • Account is banned due to your misuse
  • Request is made after warranty period
  • You violated the Terms of Service
